Before you order

What kind of photo works best?

One clear, high-resolution JPEG or PNG (up to 10 MB) per pillow. Use the original photo rather than a screenshot. Want a collage? Combine it into one finished image before you upload.

Can I add names, dates or a message?

Yes. Type the names, dates or words you want in the notes box on the form, exactly as they should appear.

Will I see the design first?

Yes. You approve the layout before anything is pressed.

What if my photo is blurry or low quality?

Send the clearest original you have. If it isn't sharp enough to print well, we'll contact you and ask for a replacement before production begins — and whenever there are quality concerns, you approve the final image first. If we make a production mistake, we replace your pillow free of charge.

How long does it take?

Production is 7–10 business days and starts right after payment is received. Shipping then adds an estimated 3–5 business days for domestic delivery (pending confirmation of actual carrier delivery times), and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

    Upload one photo

    One clear, high-resolution JPEG or PNG per pillow. Want a collage? Combine it into one finished image first.

  2. Step 2

    We design your mockup

    Stephanie lays your picture out on the pillow shape, size and sequin color you chose.

  3. Step 3

    You approve the proof

    You see a digital mockup before anything is pressed. Nothing goes to production until you say yes.

  4. Step 4

    Handmade and pressed

    Your pillow is printed, trimmed and heat-pressed in the studio — 7–10 business days standard.

  5. Step 5

    Shipped or ready for pickup

    We pack it carefully and send tracking the moment it's on the way — estimated 3–5 business days for domestic delivery.
