Question 1

How does a custom order work?

Accepted Answer

Place the full order through this website: choose your sequin color, upload one finished picture, share your design details, and pay by card without leaving the site. Production begins once payment is confirmed, and turnaround is 7–10 business days.

Accepted Answer

The square 16 × 16 inch / 40 × 40 centimeter Peekable™ pillow is $75. Bundles save more: 2 for $120, 3 for $165, 4 for $200 (same photo on each). Personalization, the pillow insert, packaging, and free shipping are included.

Question 5

Will I see a mockup before you make it?

Accepted Answer

A digital preview may be provided to help you see the layout before completion.

Question 6

What is your custom-order cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because every pillow is personalized, orders are final and non-refundable once the design is approved and production begins. Before production starts, reach out and we'll review changes or a cancellation with you.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send your finished artwork or photo as one image and we'll lay it out for your pillow.
